I forgot my login credentials. How do I get back in?

Your username should be your email address (unless you changed it to something else). You will need to go to the BwB login page and click "forgot password." A link will be emailed to you with instructions on changing your password.

I am a new user, and my account is not pulling up when I input my email and zip code?
Make sure the email and zip code you are using is what is on file with your distributor. Often this occurs if you have a personal and business email or if your salon zip differs from your home zip code. To verify your account information on file, contact your distributor.

When will my rewards appear in my account following a purchase?
Rewards are posted on the 15th of the month following your purchase. Don’t worry, Colorproof will send a ‘reminder to redeem’ email to you to let you know that your rewards dollars have been posted.

Will my points expire?
Beauty with Benefits rewards dollars expire every calendar year + a quarter (i.e. 2021 rewards expire 3/31/22). Not to worry, we will send out reminder emails, so you can be sure to spend your reward earnings before the deadline.

Who is eligible for BwB SWAG Mailings, and how many mailings are there per year?
Our SWAG Mailings are designed to give an extra special thanks to our top-tier Platinum level salons ($500+/month). We anticipate doing 3-4 SWAG Mailings per year.

How do I redeem my FREE Demo Classes?
Throughout the year, we will send an email with a code that you can redeem for a featured Demo Class available through the Colorproof Academy.

How do I get listed on the website Salon Locator?
At the end of every quarter, Colorproof refreshes our Salon Locator to feature ALL of our Gold and Platinum Salons. If you are a Platinum Salon, we will add a CP icon next to your listing for some extra recognition. You must be actively purchasing Colorproof at Gold or Platinum thresholds quarterly to maintain your listing.
